For most, club volleyball is a culmination of hard work, dedication, skill development, and gameplay with the ultimate goal of playing in college. A common myth is that by simply playing in either high school or club volleyball, players are positioning themselves in the best light to get recruited. Unfortunately, this is generally not the case. With the rise in club participation, the ease for coaches to access information online, and the heightened workload most coaches are facing, players are generally lucky to get 2-3 minutes of face time with coaches at events. The key for recruitment is exposure, and that is what we can offer to you.

Mill City Volleyball Club is proud to announce that we have expanded our services to include full recruitment assistance completed by an in house recruiting coordinator. Our only goal is to assist interested athletes through the complicated recruiting process. So what exactly do we offer?

• Exposure - Video, social media, email, and in person contact. We will get your name out there!
• Dedicated website space for all recruits, includes player bio, tournament stats, highlight and skills tape.
• A spot on our monthly email blast sent out to local, regional, and national college coaches, highlighting recruits successes and future collegiate plans.
• One on one assistance with any and all recruitment related concerns, including financial aid assistance, recruitment timelines, and academic support.
• Personal recruit liaison who will travel to all tournaments, reach out to coaches in person, and highlight our recruits strengths and abilities.
• Communication with college coaches on players behalf, when necessary.
• 24/7 access to our online recruiting hub Hurdl, which acts as a platform for players and coaches to meet and share highlights, stats, and video.
